Camping la Pachacaid is a lively family site, yet still a peaceful haven set high in the Provencal countryside away from the hustle and bustle of the Riviera. The emplacements sit on steep terraces up the hillside with many offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
The facilities here are modern and well kept – there is a restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a bar, the location for the nightly entertainment in high season. The main attraction however is the Niagara Waterpark – located at the centre of the site it comprises five pools (including one just for the children) and seven twisting waterslides, which wind through the pine trees. Relax on the sunbathing terrace, or indulge in a soothing jacuzzi or Turkish bath.

From the east or the west:
On the A8 autoroute, exit at junction 36, for Le Muy/Draguignan.
*Head south on the D25 to Ste Maxime (take care as this is a dangerous road). At Ste Maxime, turn right onto the N98 coast road towards St Tropez.
At the large roundabout, where you will see a Géant supermarket and McDonalds on the left, continue on the N98 towards Cogolin until a left turn onto the D27 just before you reach La Môle.
Follow this road for approximately 5km and the site is clearly signposted on the left hand side.
From Nice Airport:
Join the A8 autoroute direction Cannes Fréjus/St Raphaël, Aix-en-Provence.
Exit at junction 36, for Le Muy/Draguignan. Then follow directions as above from*.
From Toulon (Hyères) Airport:
Out of the airport, turn onto the D42 and continue along for about 4.5km.
At Boulevard Eole turn left along the D12 for 2km, afterwards join the N98 for approx. 36km.
Afterwards turn left into La Mole, then follow signs for the campsite.
Local Area
The campsite is located on the edge of the Maures Mountains, around one and a half miles from the small village of La Mole. Here you will find basic facilities, including restaurants and a small supermarket. The nearest beaches are at Le Rayol and Canadel (both around a six mile drive). The chic resort and beautiful beaches of St Tropez are 11 miles away.
The whole family will enjoy a visit to Marineland in Antibes (55mls) where you will find a giant aquarium and fabulous dolphin shows. Children of all ages will enjoy a visit to the Parc Zoologique de Fréjus. Located in 50 acres of natural woodland, there are more than 130 species of animals.
