There is direct access to the Tarka Trail (traffic free) and the property is within easy reach of Weare Giffard and Bideford. With private riverside walks and conservation areas (with bird hide) a variety of wildlife may be seen. Many sandy beaches and attractions are close by. Originally part of a 19th century shipyard and adjacent to the entrance of Lord Rolle's Canal (an ongoing restoration scheme) converted to a good standard with exposed beams/timbers throughout. The 3 large glazed front doors provide wonderful views across the Torridge Valley. The ground floor is tiled the loft floor and stairs are varnished timber.
