Valley Lodge resides on the spectacularly situated Limefitt Park in one of the Lake District's most beautiful valleys. The valley sides climb steeply to the surrounding peaks, such as High Street and Froswick providing breathtaking scenery.
The lodge is situated in a tranquil location with direct access on to the Lakeland Fells with an abundance of walks and wildlife and although it is only 3 miles from Windermere it retains the feeling of remoteness. On site facilities are open from April - October and include a small supermarket, The Haybarn Inn, (a traditional Lakeland pub serving meals, including breakfast, a selection of fine ales and a beer garden) a games room, adventure playground and launderette.
Nearby leisure activities include pony trekking, cycle hire, golf, fishing and a host of water sports. A truly wonderful location from which to enjoy a fabulous activity packed holiday.
