| The Annexe, Pen-y-Bryn is at the rear of the owner's bungalow, but is completely self contained with its own entrance. This all ground floor cottage is in the hamlet of Trekenner, close to Launceston in Cornwall and sleeps up to three people with one double bedroom, as well as a family shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen area, dining area and a sitting area, plus space for one child's fold-out bed. To the outside of this cottage, there is off road parking for one car and a private patio, plus shared use of the owner's garden with furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. The Annexe, Pen-y-Bryn is a lovely cottage in a fantastic area for exploring both Cornwall and Devon. |

From Trekenner there is a pub and eating house half-mile walk away, plus the River Tamar is two miles away. The town of Launceston is six miles away, plus the seaside resorts of Bude, Padstow, Plymouth, Polperro and Looe are within driving distance and are all worth exploring. Trekenner is an ideal base at any time of year. |
