| Butcher's Laithe is a stone built detached cottage located one mile from the village of Tosside which straddles two counties with the eastern part of the village in Yorkshire and the western part in Lancashire. The cottage has three bedrooms (one kingsize double with ensuite facilities, one double and one single) and a family bathroom making it suitable for five people. Also within the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining table and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 4 cars, secure bike storage in the garage and a large patio area with furniture.
