You will also be close to many attractions including Woodlands Leisure Park The English Riviera Slapton Ley Nature Reserve historic Plymouth and more.The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king size 1 double 1 family room with double bed and two 3ft singles and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with shower taps WC and heated towel rail. Large shower room located on second floor with WC and heated towel rail which is accessed via steep gate leg stairs. Additional shower room with WC leading off the half landing between the ground floor and first floor. Lounge: with woodburner (logs provided) TV DVD and comfy seating. Second lounge with comfy seating TV DVD and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen/diner: farmhouse style with cooker hob microwave dishwasher American style fridge/freezer and feature Rayburn. Utility: with washing machine. Outside: decked area with garden furniture and BBQ. Large garden with ha-ha wall (care must be taken with children). Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bathroom: upstairs with bath with shower attachment and WC. Wet room located downstairs with shower and WC. Downstairs is suitable for persons with limited mobility.
