The area itself is as beautiful as it is rugged, where the mighty mountain range the Twelve Bens sweep down to Galway Bay. You’re within easy driving distance of Clifden to the West and Galway City to the East. The area is dotted with many pretty villages offering local and world crafts. The property itself is comfortable and homely and the owners live in the adjoining house, so local advice is always on hand. Rosmuck is a small village with a pub and a shop and holds a traditional Irish dancing festival in February. |
