Brookfield is a modern, semi-detached house backing onto green meadows just a short walk from the village of Tregony in Cornwall.
With six bedrooms (two doubles, two twins, a single with a pull out bed and a cot room) as well as two family bathrooms, this cottage can sleep ten people. The rest of the accommodation includes a fitted kitchen with a breakfast table, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The cottage also provides a range of beach items including folding chairs, wind breaks, surfboards, buckets and spades etc, and with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beaches of the north and south coast all within a short drive, Brookfield is a fabulous holiday cottage for all of the family. |
| The ancient village of Tregony sits at the head of the Roseland Peninsula, and makes an ideal base for exploring this part of Cornwall. There is easy access to the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth, and also the cathedral city of Truro, which has good shopping, pubs and restaurants, as well as a theatre. Sandy beaches can be enjoyed within a few miles, and a walk along the coastal path is not to be missed. |

| The ancient village of Tregony is situated at the head of the attractive Roseland Peninsula, and it is made up of a main street populated with old Cornish properties. Tregony is in a wonderful position for discovering the many attractions that this region has to offer, including the world famous biomes of the Eden Project, the fascinating National Maritime Museum at Falmouth and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The impressive Cathedral city of Truro is also close by and offers a shopping centre, restaurants and a theatre and ancient cobbled streets. A number of safe, sandy beaches are to be found nearby, and the coastal path that meanders over the cliffs and down through the coves offers some great walking opportunities through incredible scenery. The popular surfers’ destination of the wild north coast is an easy drive away for a day on the waves. |
