It has been lovingly converted with many features of the property being hand crafted by the owners. Wood from the owner's own woodland has been used to create a very individual yet modern feel. Together with under floor heating and stylish furnishings this makes these properties an idyllic holiday retreat ideal for couples or small families. The barns overlook unspoilt countryside and have walks directly from the farm connecting with the Two Moors Way. Rackenford village is only 1.5 miles away with the Stag Inn shop and post office. Rackenford is central for access to both North and South Devon coasts Exmoor and Dartmoor. Both properties have bed linen towels electricity and heating included. Shared access to washing machine in outside utility room. Small lawn area to the front of the barn and use of the larger lawn area if required. Garden furniture and BBQ. Visitors are welcome to wander over the farm (depending on the crops). Plenty of wildlife including badgers and red deer also a small lake that may be fished. 1 small dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Spring water but mains to kitchen. Ample parking. Beach 25 miles. Pub and shop 1.5 miles. Town 9 miles. The warm and cosy accommodation offers ONE double with 5' bed exposed beams and skylight window (room for cot/small bed). Large landing area which could also accommodate a cot if preferred. Shower room with large shower cubicle and WC. Downstairs open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with solid wood flooring and underfloor heating comfortable sofa TV/DVD with Freeview hi-fi and selection of books.
