CLASSIC CORNISH COTTAGE JUST A STONE'S THROW FROM BEACH AND AMENITIES This charming cottage has been sympathetically renovated to retain its original character but with all modern conveniences. Pentewan Ivy Cottage is situated in the lovely village of Pentewan just a short walk from the golden sandy beach and village pub and shops. Situated on the South Cornish coast which is littered with picturesque harbours and fishing villages that still offer a taste of the real Cornwall. Mevagissey a fishing village the next cove along from Pentewan offers an authentic slice of Cornwall with its picture postcard harbour and narrow streets and offers a selection of pubs boutique shops and restaurants. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive from your doorstep as is the Eden Project (acclaimed as the ‘Eighth wonder of the world’) both of which combine education and beauty to create a must visit for any visitors to the County. St Austell is just a short drive with it's brand new shopping centre - White River Place. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath electric shower and WC (accessed via steep cottage-style stairs). Lounge: welcoming and cosy it offers ample seating in front of the open fireplace flatscreen TV and DVD. Dining room: with ceiling at approximately 6'2" this is low in comparison to the rest of the property ample seating and an open plan feel into the kitchen. Kitchen: newly fitted offering integrated dishwasher washer/dryer oven hob with extractor hood fridge (with ice compartment) and microwave. Outside: small patio area at the front of the property with table and chairs. Amenities: parking is available in the village square on a first-come basis but you can drop luggage off at the cottage. Regret no pets. Bed linen towels electric and panel heating included. Locaton: beach shops and pub all within walking distance.
