| Woodcote is a charming stylishly presented cottage with pine stripped doors, colour washed walls, and occasional exposed beams, nestling in the heart of Parracombe, just a short drive from Lynton and Lynmouth, ideally located for exploring this beautiful part of the North Devon coastline and Exmoor National Park. With two reception rooms, the larger living room has an outlook over the garden and the smaller 'snug' style room features a wood burning stove and French doors to the garden. An attractive kitchen / dining room complemented by slate tiled floor has ample space for family meals and a stable door leads out to the patio and pretty lawned garden. Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms, the Double bed room has an outlook across the village and surrounding countryside, and both are served by a modern bathroom. Woodcote is a fabulous base for walkers and with a popular local pub with an excellent reputation for good food within strolling distance. |
