Willow Barn is a traditional Cornish granite barn conversion and has been renovated to a high standard and is full of character with its exposed granite and has steps down to its own grassed area which leads on to a wild meadow and stream. The property is perfect for couples who are looking to get away for a relaxing break and take advantage of its spacious and comfortable accommodation. The Eden Project is just 3 miles away and other attractions such as the Tall Ships at Charlestown and National Trust properties including Lanhydrock Cothele and Trerice. The sandy beach of Fowey is within 7 miles and several other beaches and fishing villages on the South coast are all within easy reach and well worth a visit. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ on the patio in the garden or eat out at the local pubs within 1 mile. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 large master bedroom with a king-size bed and stable door leading to granite steps down to the garden and 1 small single room (off the double). Both are on the first floor. Bathroom: also on the first floor with a roll top bath heated towel rail and separate shower WC and hardwood flooring. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan and situated downstairs with TV DVD feature real-flame fire and comfortable sofas. Kitchen area well-equipped with a gas cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine antique pine table and chairs. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels and central heating included. Regret no babies or children under the age of 7 years. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: beach 7 miles pub 1 mile (easy walk) a riding stables and the Saints Way are nearby. |

Just a mile from Cornwall's exciting Eden Project (right photograph) this detached newly refurbished barn is set on the owners' farm with local footpaths giving direct access to The Saints Way. Within 3 miles are Par Sands and locations for many Daphne du Maurier novels celebrated in her May Festival. Mevagissey the Lost Gardens of Heligan Lanhydrock (N.T.) and Truro are within a ½ hour drive. Shops inns 2 miles.
