The market towns of Crediton and Okehampton are close by offering a range of shops pubs restaurants and leisure facilities and other attractions close by include historic Exeter Okehampton Castle Lydford Gorge numerous National Trust properties and gardens RHS Rosemoor Gardens to name but a few. There is an excellent shop within a 5 minute walk and ample of local family pubs serving good food close by. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine in the enclosed garden area.The accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with reclaimed wood floors throughout and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
