Enjoy the many heritage trails which offer fantastic walks in the area or visit the nearby stannery town of Tavistock. In the evenings simply relax in the enclosed patio area or enjoy the sunsets from the decking with views over the river. The detached character cottage offers FIVE bedrooms: upstairs offers 2 king-size doubles both with en-suite shower rooms with WC 1 twin and 1 single. There is also 1 further useful downstairs bedroom approached via an external door adjacent to the property with twin beds en-suite shower room with WC and TV. Bathroom: upstairs with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: with open fire TV DVD and Freeview. Adjacent reading room. Kitchen: traditional approached via granite steps with Aga electric cooker dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room: with tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed patio and decking with seating. Amenities: parking for 1 car and additional parking for 2 further cars and garden area directly opposite property.
