This timber clad chalet bungalow is a lovely property situated on the edge of Nercwys village and just two miles from the market town of Mold. Built as a family holiday home in the 1920s, this lovely little cottage has now been renovated to provide modern, comfortable accommodation. There is also a decked area to the rear of the property which is ideal for alfresco dining. The village green and traditional pub are within easy reach whilst the attractions of the wider area are also easily accessible.
Situated close to a well-known Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the pretty village of Nercwys boasts a lovely green, an old church and a traditional pub. Set in the beautiful Vale of Clwyd this charming village offers easy access to the surrounding hill ranges and Nercwys Forest – both of which provide wonderful walking, horse-riding and cycling routes. The area is an excellent location for bird watchers and nature lovers due to the Long Eared Owl population and the resident Muntjac Deer. Nearby is the busy market town of Mold which offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants whilst slightly further afield is the Jacobean Nercwys Hall which was built in 1638 and boasts a display of over 20,000 articles known as the Gathering of Jewels.

Watermill Studio Cottage is a detached studio cottage in the grounds of the owner's home, near to the small village of Afonwen in North Wales. The cottage is ideal for a couple as it is all open plan and contains a double bed, a fitted kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area as well as a shower room. To the outside of the cottage is a lawned garden with a patio, outdoor furniture, a barbecue and river views as well as off road parking for two cars. Converted from part of an old watermill, Watermill Studio Cottage will provide you with a holiday that is sure to enchant and delight and make you want to return time and again.
Afonwen is a village with a pub and craft centre in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the northern edge of the Clwydian Hill Range and the miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales Coast. Nearby are Mold, Denbigh and Ruthin with excellent shops and craft centres, and Prestatyn, whose Blue Flag beach provides bathing, watersports and fishing. This is an ideal location for exploring the attractions of North Wales, with access to walking, mountain biking and birdwatching amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Clwydian Hill Range and the Offa's Dyke Pathway.

The Granary is a good quality barn conversion, one of a group of three on site, on Pen-y-Cefn Farm in the hamlet of Pen-y-Cefn in Flintshire, North Wales. There are two bedrooms with sloping ceilings, one double and one twin, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a cosy sitting room with doors outside. Guests have use of a shared front courtyard area, and also a private lawned garden. There is off road parking available. With so much within easy reach of The Granary, including the coastline of North Wales, the Snowdonia National Park and the historic city of Chester, this is a superb base for a family or romantic break throughout the year.
The hamlet of Pen-y-Cefn sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the Clwydian Hills and lovely North Wales coastline. This hamlet in Flintshire is near to the small town of Caerwys, which has amenities including two pubs, a newsagent, butchers and tennis courts. Resorts local to Pen-y-Cefn include the seaside towns of Rhyl and Prestatyn, with their family attractions and sandy beaches. The market town of Mold is a few miles away, as is the historic city of Chester, with its famous zoo, walls and excellent shopping. The area has plentiful walking, cycling and birdwatching, and is within easy reach of the rest of the North Wales coastline, Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park.
