For those looking to spend their time on the beach, the lovely seaside town of Aberdovey is only 10 miles away. The narrow gauge railways at Corris and Tal-y-Llyn are also within easy driving distance whilst the Tal-y-Llyn Lake offers excellent fishing. There are two art galleries in the town, which is also home to the Museum of Modern Arts, Wales, which stages exhibitions, concerts and lectures.
