Stylishly furnished and full of character it features a wonderfully spacious and comfortable living / dining room with stripped wooden floorboards and a vaulted ceiling with impressive 'A' frame oak beams providing a real wow factor, with captivating sea views by day and mood lighting to create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere in the evening. Double bed French doors open onto a pretty balcony perfect for just watching the world go by. The spacious kitchen also has French doors onto a larger second balcony ideal for Barbeques or leisurely breakfasts al fresco. There are three bedrooms in total. On the first floor is an attractively presented triple aspect room with a super King sized bed bed which can be converted to a Twin beds on request, and a spacious Twin beds room with sea views and a separate shower / utility room. On the second floor an attractive Double bed room with iron bedstead and a generous size bathroom with roll top bath and built in power shower cubicle complete the accommodation. There is much to see and do in the area and you can enjoy the sweeping sands of Woolacombe Putsborough Croyde and Saunton ranked among the finest beaches in Europe. Fringed by cliffs and sand dunes and studded with rock pools these golden beaches offer a range of activities from bucket and spade fun to surfing and watersports. There are attractions to suit all tastes which include National Trust Arlington Court Watermouth Castle Exmoor Zoological Gardens Combe Martin Dinosaur Park and much more.
