| Vine Cottage offers the opportunity to stay in the lovely picturesque village of Lee. Being very comfortable throughout and offering excellent accommodation, all main rooms of this spacious south facing home have extensive views over the surrounding hillside in Fuchsia valley. The inner hallway and porch have flagstone flooring and the woodburning stove keeps the living room cosy. A real bonus is the large conservatory with lovely views overlooKing sized bed the garden and valley. At the other end of the cottage is a large garden room off the kitchen ideal as an extra sitting room, with patio doors directly onto the garden and a large utility room with ample storage space. There is a convenient ground floor cloakroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the Double bed room has an iron and brass bed and includes an ensuite shower room, and the family bathroom serves the other two rooms. The cottage is approached via a steep sweeping private drive and parKing sized bed area, and the gardens are landscaped, with a large sloping lawn to the rear, Within only a few hundred yards of the coastal path, a ten minute walk of Lee Bay and within a short drive of several beaches on this glorious coastline, Vine Cottage is welcoming any time of year. |

| The Mill House is a wonderful 16th Century listed property standing right on the water's edge of Lee Bay and has been featured both in magazines and on television. Period features include the original milling room, inglenook fireplace, bread ovens, boathouse and the drawbridge over the mill race. A stable door leads you directly into the fabulous kitchen with granite work surfaces and central island with Bombo stools. Dining can be enjoyed in the original Mill Room with views looKing sized bed out to sea and where French doors give access to the terrace and gardens. The main living room boasts a flagstone floor with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove and in addition there is a second comfortable sitting room with open fireplace. With five bedrooms in total, bedroom five is located on a mezzanine floor over the Mill Room, accessed via open wooden steps, which are narrow and steep. All are served by a separate bathroom and modern shower room with Twin beds head walk-in power shower plus a separate Toilet. The front terrace is enclosed by a stone wall, and the rear garden is on several levels with patios and an area of level lawn with garden furniture perfect for al fresco dining. Boundaries with the bay are secure with railings and the mill race is safely covered with steel mesh. You can sit out on the terrace overlooKing sized bed the bay and enjoy a drink, barbecue and the fabulous sunsets. Alternatively, it's wonderful to sit inside around one of the log fires with the sound of crashing waves outside. The Mill House makes a fabulous holiday home all year round. |

The rock and sand cove of Lee Bay is just a short downhill stroll or hop in the car to visit the wonderful golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde is just a ten minute drive away. For the more energetic, a multitude of coastal or inland walks stem from the village. Highview is a perfect home from home for discerning guests in this beautiful area. |
