| Burren View is a single storey, detached cottage situated on the owner's land just a short walk from the village of Ballindereen near to the coastal village of Kinvara in County Galway. With one family bedroom and a shower room, this cottage can sleep three people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting room. To the exterior of the cottage is a small lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as off road parking for two cars. | Burren Valley House is a large detached cottage situated on the owners working horse, sheep and cattle farm just five miles from Ballyvaghan in County Clare. The cottage can sleep thirteen people and has two ground floor bedrooms (one double and one family room) and two doubles and a family room on the first floor. Four of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities and the cottage also provides an additional ground floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table that both seat six and an additional dining room for six people. There are two sitting rooms, one of which has a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for six cars and a rear lawned garden. Within 4 miles of Burren Valley House is the coast, and a little further away are the Burren National Park, the Aran Islands, Lough Derg, Lough Corrib and so much more. |

| The south of County Galway is the location for the picturesque seaside village of Kinvara, a popular centre for visitors to this beautiful part of Ireland. The entrance to the village is marked by Dunguaire Castle, and the village harbour is still home to the impressive vessels known as ‘Galway Hookers’ as working examples. These sailing crafts used to sell their commodities as they sailed between Connemara and Kinvara. There are many pubs and restaurants in the village and twice a year, to celebrate the culture and heritage of the area, festivals are held that well worth seeing if visitors are lucky enough to be in the area when these are happening.
