Upstairs the main living area benefits from lovely rural views and cosy sofas surround the open fireplace with exposed beams and latch doors. There is a separate dining room and modern galley kitchen with wooden beech work surfaces. A family bathroom with white suite is also on this level. Quietly located in the hamlet of King sized bedsheanton, all of North Devon's attractions and sandy beaches are within a short drive and Braunton is only three miles distance. There is a good local pub in the adjacent village of Prixford. A welcome treat any time of year.
