Steading Cottage is situated on a working farm at West Newton of Balcanquhal, only 2 miles from the pretty, rural village of Glenfarg where amenities include a shop, play park and tennis courts. This is the heart of Perth and Kinross where hill walking, fishing, shooting and a variety of water sports are only a small sample of the many leisure activities on offer. The spectacular Fife Coastal Route, where many picturesque fishing villages and stunning scenery can be explored, is easily accessible and golfing enthusiasts will enjoy the several prestigious courses, including Gleneagles and St Andrews, close by.
