It has good access to the National Trust Coastal Path, Fowey town centre, which is about a 10 minute walk away and the beach, which is 30 yards away.
It is situated in an idyllic location in Cornwall with easy access to many of the County's excellent attractions including the Eden Project , The Lost Gardens of Heligan and popular coastal towns such as Carlyon Bay, Charlestown and Mevagissey, making it the perfect holiday home to explore Cornwall.
