The farmhouse benefits from a country style kitchen/diner, 2 lounges all with views across paddocks with woodland/reedbeds and hills beyond. Off the main lounge is the conservatory and patio area which gets the afternoon/ evening sun, perfect for afternoon tea or a glass of wine whilst barbecuing. A short walk across a field takes you through our private woodland/reedbed (around 10 acres) down to Lochrutton Loch. The habitat supports a wide range of species of birds & animals, buzzards, woodpeckers, swallows, waterfowl, deer, badgers, bats to name a few, you never know what you might spot! There is course fishing on the Loch, free of charge to guests - just bring your rods.
