SET WITHIN 400 ACRES WITH CATTLE SHEEP GEESE AND ARABLE LANDThis lovely detached 17th century stone cottage nestles in one of Cornwall's most popular areas being just 2 miles from St Neot (National Village of the Year 2004 Village of the Decade 2006) and close to a variety of popular sandy beaches and attractions including Lanhydrock House and Siblyback Reservoir with its watersports. Ideally positioned within 400 acres with cattle sheep geese and arable land. On the south coast are the pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro to explore. The town of Fowey nestles on the estuary and offers sea fishing restaurants and beautiful cobbled streets. The beaches to the north offer excellent surfing and are also within easy reach. This excellent location on the edge of the moor offers some fantastic walks including the Two Valleys walk. Nature trails golf and riding can also be found close by and you will be welcome to explore the farm.The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 large double four-poster and 1 single bedroom both situated on the first floor. Downstairs a further single bedroom. Bathroom: with there is a shower installed over the bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD video and woodburner (logs provided). Kitchen: with electric cooker microwave fridge (with freezer compartment) dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 10 miles pub and small shop 2 miles at St Neot Spar and post office 2 miles at Dobwalls.
