Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens, five miles of narrow-gauge steam railway, the famous Victorian 'Gallopers' and the official Dad's Army exhibition are all within easy reach. Railway enthusiasts will enjoy the Garden Railway, the Nursery Railway and the Waveney Valley Railway, all of which are close by. Situated in Waveney valley, the town of Diss is also an interesting place to visit and offers an array of speciality shops and eating places, together with a traditional lively market every Friday and a farmer’s market on the second Saturday of each month selling local produce. |
