Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, country walks, leisurely strolls along the riverbank, fell walking or cycling the country lanes, with the Dales Way on the doorstep it is a haven for wildlife, walkers and outdoor enthusiasts. The local inn at Hubberholme 2 miles away serves traditional ales and good food, a little further along the dale Buckden has a shop and country inn. The market town of Hawes is a 15 minute drive away with Kilnsey Crag, Malham Tarn, Kettlewell, Grassington and Skipton within easy driving distance. |
