A country inn in Constable Burton serves good food with the renowned Wensleydale Heifer at West Witton and the Blue Lion at East Witton just a 10 minute drive away. Middleham and Leyburn, both 3 miles away, offer everyday shopping, inns and tea rooms. Hawes, Bedale, Richmond and the Spa town of Harrogate are within easy driving distance and well worth a visit. |

It is an excellent base to walk and tour the beautiful Yorkshire Dales with numerous stately homes and National Trust properties in the area whilst Aysgarth Falls, Hawes and Richmond are within easy driving distance. |
