The bungalow is spacious, comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is an enclosed rear garden with patio, garden furniture and a garage. A large comfortable conservatory opens out to the garden to allow outdoor living whatever the weather.Comrie is ideally situated for touring with the splendour of the Central Highlands, the beautiful, romantic lochs and glens of Perthshire, the rugged West Coast and the picturesque East Coast all within an easy day trip. There is a wealth of outdoor activities locally including golf, riding, off-road driving, walking, climbing and water-sports. The village has good local shops and pubs, the popular market town of Crieff is 7 miles away and the historic county towns of Perth and Stirling are within an hour's drive. 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room, 1 double and 1 single bedroom with additional roll-out bed, (cot available), bright lounge, well-fitted kitchen, dining room, conservatory, bathroom with there is a shower installed over the bath. Offering an ideal base for exploring Central Perthshire it lies within a short drive of the excellent water sports and stunning scenery found at Loch Tay and Loch Earn and only 22 miles from the fair city of Perth's many attractions. Crieff is just a 7 mile drive and golf and fishing (permit required) are available in the village.

Located in the grounds of the owner’s house, the Coach House is only a minute’s walk from the heart of Comrie itself. The cottage is located in a very private and quiet spot with a large enclosed, mature garden that borders the River Earn. Comrie is located in southern Perthshire, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just on the edge of the Highlands. This pretty village boasts a variety of independent shops including, baker, butcher, grocer, and delicatessen whilst numerous coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and hotels flourish. The nearby town of Crieff has a large supermarket. Comrie hosts a busy calendar of events throughout the year from the Flambeau at Hogmanay (a traditional and spectacular torch lit procession) to the Comrie Fortnight in July. Local walking and cycling tracks abound, whilst a nine-hole golf course is on the doorstep and the famous Gleneagles Championship course is only a 30-minute drive away. Water sports are available at St Fillans. Explore the historic towns of Stirling, Perth and Edinburgh – all within easy access or take a bus ride over to the West Coast to Oban. Fishing from the garden is permissible on the River Earn. |
