| Old Forge is a detached cottage with sea views situated in the fishing village of Cleggan, just seven miles from Clifden in County Galway. The cottage can sleep six people and has three double bedrooms, a family shower room, a fitted kitchen with a dining area and two sitting rooms (one with an open fire). Outside the cottage is a sitting area to the front and off road parking for two cars. With beautiful beaches, pony-trekking, deep-sea angling and a children's playground all available locally, Old Forge makes a wonderful holiday home. |
| The village of Cleggan in County Galway is both the centre of the sea fishing industry in north Connemara and the ferry port for Inishbofin Island. The island, located 6 miles out into the Atlantic Ocean, is renowned for its fantastic beaches and scenery and is a haven for walkers, divers and birdwatchers. Boats for deep sea angling are also available for hire from the village. |

| This lovely cottage is 1.5 miles outside the village of Cleggan and 7 miles from Clifden. Cleggan offers daily departures to Inisbofin island, organised sea angling excursions and has a horse riding centre. It is 6 miles from the Connemara National Park and 17 miles to Killary Adventure Centre. This cottage is in a truly fantastic setting - on a large site overlooking the sea on three sides, across to the mountains and adjacent to a gorgeous white sandy beach. It is newly refurbished to include two ensuite rooms and a sunny living-dining-kitchen. The local pubs offer lively traditional music sessions and the freshest of seafood. A heavenly place for a quiet break. |

| The Old Forge Cottage is located in the harbour village of Cleggan just 1.5 hours from Galway City. The cottageis best suited to older children 8+ who will enjoy the gallery room on the first floor with TV and sofa. A gentle stroll leads you to the 4 pubs and 2 restaurants or to the pier where you can catch the ferry to Inisboffin. Experience deep sea angling, lake fishing, boat excursions to Inishturk and Inisbofin, pony treking, pitch and putt, dive sites, beaches and more beaches. In the evenings enjoy the "craic" and the freshest of seafood in one of the local pubs. On a clear day take a walk to Cleggan head and you can nearly see Croach Patrick. Clifden |
