This lovely former farmhouse nestles in the heart of the traditional Cornish village of Lower Metherell and offers a peaceful and tranquil holiday destination. Recently refurbished and equipped to a very high standard Willow Tree retains much of its original charm and character. Relax in the enclosed lawn garden enjoy a BBQ on the decking area with seating or recline in the large 10 seater hot tub. There are some lovely country lanes directly from the property to either cycle or walk including a gentle 10 minute stroll to two village pubs. An ideal base for touring the whole of Devon and Cornwall there are some lovely long sandy beaches and sheltered coves to the South and popular attractions to enjoy within a short drive which include The Eden Project the Tudor Estate at Cotehele The Lost Gardens of Heligan historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican and National Marine Aquarium rugged Dartmoor for walkers and wildlife and St Mellion International Championship Golf Course where the English Open will be held for the next 6yrs is only 4 miles away along with other golf courses. Enjoy a visit to nearby Callington or the market town of Tavistock for local produce and shopping.
