STYLISH COTTAGE SET ON OWNERS WORKING 300 ACRE DAIRY FARMThis superb and unique property is situated adjacent to the owner’s farmhouse on this working family farm in a beautiful part of Devon. The cottage is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard with oak beams wooden and tiled flooring and centrally heated with quality furnishings throughout makes staying at Lower Chapeltown a real treat and somewhere you will long to return to after a day exploring. There is much to see and do nearby with the cathedral city of Exeter being only a short drive away and offering a huge variety of shops restaurants and amenities to suit all ages and tastes. Closer to home is the town of Tiverton which has a pretty canal and from where you can see the barges and even hire one for the day. Visit the idyllic thatched inn at Bickleigh called The Fishermans Cot situated on the banks of the River Exe for a bite to eat or a drink. Or visit Fursdon House and Gardens in Cadbury a traditional farming estate where the Fursdon family have lived for over 750 years.The accommodation consists of TWO bedrooms: Upstairs 1 large double room with super king size sleigh-style bed exposed beams Velux window TV and ample of room for a cot. Stylish en-suite bathroom with large freestanding bath separate shower cubicle heated towel rail WC and washbasin. Downstairs; the bedroom can be made into either a double bed or bunk beds depending on the party make-up (please notify when booking) and situated off the kitchen.
