Bunratty is most famous for its world renowned Bunratty Castle and Folk Park and the village hosts hotels, craft shops, restaurants and the famous Dirty Nellie's pub and restaurant. You can enjoy a banquet at Bunratty castle and nearby Knappogue castle. Tastefully furnished inside this makes an ideal touring base for the best attractions such as the Cliff’s of Moher, the Burren, Alliwee Caves in Co Clare and St King John’s castle and the Hunt Museum in Co Limerick. |

| This charming cottage is located on the edge of Bunratty and is comfortably appointed and offers a high standard of accommodation - a real home from home. There is a well equipped dining kitchen which has a light and airy feel, a bright, separate dining room and the lounge is a delight with its comfortable furniture and open fire. There is a lovely conservatory which has views to a patio area and a fountain. There are three tranquil bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, and a larger bedroom upstairs, which has so much character being located in the eaves of the house. This room also has the benefit of an en-site shower room and there is a further ground floor shower room. The property makes a wonderful holiday base from which to discover West Ireland. |
| Situated on the West coast of Ireland, the peaceful and quiet village of Bunratty is the home to Bunratty Castle, which is probably Ireland’s foremost visitor attraction. Folk Park surrounds the castle and has houses and cottages scattered at its base. The third largest city in Ireland, Limerick, is a 10 mile drive away and has numerous bars and public house often playing traditional Irish music. There are ample of restaurants and shops to be explored and the Market Quarter is a marvellous place to visit, selling a wide variety of goods from fresh produce to hand crafted jewellery. West Ireland is a beautiful area to visit and with its many attractions and activities it is just waiting to be discovered. |
