With one double bedroom and a room with two single beds, this cottage can sleep a maximum of four people. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car, lockable bike storage, a courtyard garden area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as shared access to the owners' pretty garden. Blairgowrie is surrounded by dramatic Scottish scenery – romantic mountains, rolling hills and acres of fields (famed, in season, for their raspberry crops.) Built of red stone, Blairgowrie lies beside the salmon River Ericht, where it flows from the Strathmore gorges. The town is well-known for the Glenshee skiing centre, which is the largest of its kind in the country. It also offers ideal conditions for many other sports, including riding, walking, cycling and golfing. In fact, golfers are spoiled for choice with many excellent local courses such as Rosemount, with St Andrews and Gleneagles within easy reach of the town.
