Arden House is a traditional, stone built, 19th century fisherman's cottage situated close to the centre of the pretty seaside resort of Barmouth in North Wales. Set over four floors and with one double bedroom and one twin as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. Also included in the accommodation are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is an enclosed, small rear yard with garden furniture. Just three minutes walk from the beach, Arden House is perfect for a small family, however due to the configuration of the rooms; it is not suitable for children under the age of 8 or for those with mobility problems.
