| This spacious and comfortable 1st floor apartment is a short walk from the village promenade which offers a lovely view over the Kent estuary towards the Southern Lakes. Arnside is a large, old fashioned estuary village, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Shops line the promenade, including a post office, bakery, gift shops, a boutique, art gallery and cafes. There are also two pubs serving food and a convenience store. The Arnside Knott, a high flat rock rising to 520 feet, provides woodland walks and spectacular sea views; the estuary, notorious for its daily tidal bore, is popular for fishing; and the nearby Leighton Moss RSPB sanctuary is a haven for birdwatchers. There are sport fisheries within a short radius.
