In an enviable setting surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park and overlooking a mountain river this lovely secluded barn conversion offers a warm welcome from the neighbouring owners. Together with a one acre enclosed garden it enjoys a further 4½ acres of beautiful landscaped gardens leading to the River Dwynant. Sandy beach shops inns and restaurants at Barmouth 2½ miles. Harlech Castle and the championship golf course are 12 miles. Riding and fishing nearby.
