In a rural location standing in the grounds of the owners home it enjoys use of its own secluded fully enclosed private courtyard and offers peace and relaxation whatever the season. Just 5 miles from Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere where the quiet county roads and forest is a haven for cyclists and walkers. The elegant resort of Southwold,Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings are all close by. Sutton Hoo NT working windmills and quaint market towns are easily accessible. Pub 1 mile, shop 2½ miles.
