One of a pair it is set in a quiet cul de sac it lies ¼ mile from pubs and shops in Emsworth a pretty village located at the top of Chichester Harbour 8 miles from the cathedral and Festival Theatre. Lovely sandy beaches at The Witterings 9 miles.
