Adjacent to the owners' farm with views over meadows towards the surrounding woodland where there are numerous footpaths to explore it lies within 10 miles of a host of visitor attractions including Conkers, Calke Abbey, Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor theme park and Snibston Discovery Park. Shugborough Hall and Sudbury Hall, Kedleston (N.T.) and Alton Towers are all under 25 miles' drive and Chatsworth is 35 miles. Cycle hire, fishing and golf are available nearby.
