| With lovely views over the sea to the Torridon Mountains, this lovely new first floor apartment is just 1/2 mile from the beach in an area which boast some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast. This is an ideal base for touring and a trip could include a visit to the wonderful National Trust Gardens at Poolewe or south to the Torridon Estate Visitor Centre and Deer Museum. Families can combine leisurely relaxing days with fun packed activity. THere are many recreational activities available locally including hill and coastal walking, water sports, pony trekking, fishing and boat hire. Port Henderson is 7 miles from the popular Highland village of Gairloch, which has a bustling pier with sea angling facilities and a slipway for launching a boat. There is a golf course as well as shops and pubs. The apartment is a self-contained part of the owners' home with its own entrance and stairs. All rooms are bright and welcoming, stylish and comfortable furnished. There are private grounds with garden furniture and private parking.2 double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, open plan living / dining / kitchen (2 bed settees available), bathroom. Cooking by electricity, oil-fired central heating. Fridge/freezer, auto washing machine, microwave, television, DVD ,video, high chair. Bed linen and towels are provided. |
