Boasting lovely views across open countryside from its first floor sitting room this spacious and very comfortable cottage enjoys a peaceful and quiet village setting and offers a relaxing base for walking and touring. Situated in a small courtyard adjacent to the owners' home it shares their attractive lawned garden. Meandering lanes lead to the small market town of Callington (3½ miles) but dominating the area is Kit Hill whose summit affords spectacular vistas across Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. Coastal towns of Looe and Polperro are 20 miles Launceston's steam railway 8 miles. Pub 3 miles shop 100 yards.
