This lovely 18th century water mill's idyllic riverside setting in the tranquil Torridge Valley offers the opportunity to enjoy 1½ miles of private trout fishing and occasional sightings of otters and kingfishers. Approached by a private tree lined drive the very comfortably furnished mill lies in the grounds of the owners' home surrounded by 40 acres of water meadows and grass keep (a hard tennis court is also available). Bude's superb beaches are a ½ hour drive. Rosemoor Gardens 10 miles. Shop and pub ½ mile.
