This cosy timber lodge sits in a little countryside park just ½ mile from a sandy beach on the fabulous Solway coastline. Set among similar properties with ample of open spaces it enjoys wonderful uninterrupted views over a small fishing loch whose open waters attract various wildlife species. Coastal Rockcliffe Kippford Castle Douglas Threave (NTS) Loch Ken and RSPB reserves are all within easy reach. Fishing pony trekking cycle hire and excellent walking are available nearby. Bar restaurant on site village shop 3 miles. The town of Dalbeattie is 7 miles and retail parks are in Dumfries 20 miles.
