Ideally positioned at the foot of the dunes and just 10 yards from Sea Palling's beautiful sandy beach this lovely detached property and its fully enclosed patio garden are perfect for glorious summer holidays and relaxing breaks. The beach is renowned for its jet ski and diving centres (there is always ample of activity for visitors to enjoy) the quiet country lanes are ideal for walking and cycling and there are ample of attractions within a short drive. A popular destination for bird watchers and nature lovers is the pretty village of Winterton where they can explore circular walks and a nature reserve perhaps spotting seals basking on the sands or bobbing in the sea and then drop in at the village's welcoming dining pub. The Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserve at Hickling is also close by and both the NWT and RSPB have reserves easily reached by car. Boat hire and fishing are available nearby and the bustling village of Wroxham (known as the capital of the Broads) offers riverboat excursions on the Norfolk Broads. Children especially will love the treetop adventure park Bewilderwood and both Pleasurewood Hills theme park and Great Yarmouth offer a wealth of family fun whilst the lovely medieval city of Norwich boasts a castle cathedral and fine shopping among its many delights. A few hundred yards' stroll reaches Sea Palling's village stores P.O. farm shop cafes and pubs and the market town of Stalham is 3 miles.
