| This lovely Georgian apartment is very centrally situated less than ten minutes' walk from the East End of Princes Street. On the 1st floor of a traditional tenement, the well-proportioned interior has been refurbished and freshly decorated to offer a smart, comfortable and most attractive city apartment. The residential area is quiet and there are leafy gardens with seating at the end of the street. The apartment also has a shared rear garden. Metered street parking, free parking within a ten minute walk. This would be an excellent choice for visitors wishing to make the most of all the central attractions, amenities, Festival / Fringe venues and vibrant entertainments on offer in the city throughout the year. The Playhouse Theatre and Omni Centre with its cinema complex are a few minutes away and the selection of wine bars, pubs and caf s in the area is unrivalled.
