This is one of two unique properties located in the heart of Glenarm village yet only 11.5 miles from Larne. It has been recently refurbished and restored with care to retain a lot of the original features and old charm. The back garden is enclosed and split into two raised terraces boasting spectacular views over Glenarm Town and both the Castle and the Marina. The garden is shared with the next door property 8694 so its an ideal base for the extended family or friends holidaying together.

Glenarm Harbour offers 40 fully serviced pontoon berths within the village's historical limestone harbour, which is ideally situated within a day's sail of the Western Isles and Clyde. There is so much to do in the area you will be spoilt for choice from a great day shopping in Belfast City only 34.5 miles away to visiting the famous Giants Causeway, Bushmills Old Distillery, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Mid-Antrim Museum and Arts Centre at the Braid
Steam Train Excursions, Antrim Castle Gardens, Flame! The Gasworks Museum Of Ireland to mention just a few.
Walk around the village visit the Marina andGlenarm Castle Garden and Forest Park for peaceful river walks.
Glenariff Forest Park –renowned for its views of on of the Antrim Glens. There is a café and also a riverside pub after viewing the waterfalls.
Drive the Antrim Coast and see unspoiled villages and exciting drives (over Torr Head) to Ballycastle with the opportunity to visit Rathlin Island known for its excellent bird population. This might need an extra day as it is possible to dawdle along the way at local hostelries!
Giant’s Causeway- no visit to Ireland would be complete without seeing this extraordinary work of nature. Continue to Portrush and on route visit Dunluce Castle perched on the edge of the cliff. When the kitchen fell into the sea in the 15th C the MacDonnells abandoned it and went to live in Glenarm where they have been since! Portrush is a seaside town with amusements etc for children.
