Situated 1.5 miles outside the historic and beautiful town of Lismore home to the Duke of Devonshire castle and gardens. The cottage enjoys a fabulous lawned garden with stream and footbridge, mature trees and shrubs. A relaxing spot to enjoy the surrounding countryside views and Knockmealdown mountains. The town of Lismore is 1.5 miles away with shops, bars and restaurants and a visit to the castle is enjoyable as is the half hour trip to the seaside town of Dungarvan, the crystal factor in Waterford city, Ballymaloe cookery school the Jameson distillary to name but a few attractions in the area.

Kate's is a much loved holiday cottage situated 2 miles from the historic and award winning Lismore town and castle gardens, home to the Dukes of Devonshire. The cottage is set in a third of an acre of private lawned garden with a stream running through the grounds together with fabulous views of the Knockmealdown mountains and surrounding countryside.
Ideal base for exploring the "the sunny south-east" and the beautiful Blackwater Valley. Long golden sandy beaches are but 30 minutes away following the Youghal scenic drive. The Blackwater river provides excellent sport for salmon fishers. No shortage of golf courses. Good for ramblers and amblers alike!
