A lovely, stone built, semi-detached barn conversion, set on the owner’s beef farm, amidst 120 acres of rolling countryside, on the outskirts of the village of Nobber, County Meath. Lovingly restored by the owner, this cosy County Meath cottage makes an ideal holiday retreat. Take a stroll through the vast countryside surrounding the cottage, visit one of the local farms and let the children enjoy the animals, or indulge in a spot of salmon or trout fishing, before returning to this lovely cottage, to dine alfresco on your catch of the day, with some wonderful fresh vegetables, available from the owner. Spend an evening at the local pub which offers delightful Irish music every Tuesday, make the most of the twice weekly horse racing close by, and relish the peace in your own decked garden area. This County Meath cottage is the ideal place to relax and unwind, any time of the year.

Nobber is a village close to the River Dee in County Meath, in the ‘Sunny South East’. Attractions in this county include Slane Castle, host to many great concerts throughout the year. There is also salmon and trout fishing on the Dee and Boyne, as well as children’s farms and equestrian centres, for those who wish to take in the lovely countryside from horseback. Examples of Irish history in this area include Cabra Castle and the Neolithic burial site at Knowth.
