The front door opens onto the quayside and is just a short stroll from pubs restaurants and shops. A few feet from the cottage is the lifeboat slipway and pebble beach ideal for crabbing and rock pooling. Enjoy a walk along the village's quaint streets or the bustle of Instow with the Royal North Devon Yacht Club for sailing enthusiasts. Alternatively there are the 2 miles of golden sand at the beach of Westward Ho! and the Royal North Devon Golf Club which is only a short 5 minute drive away. Close by are The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks Tapeley Park Arlington House and Watermouth Castle.The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room WC and breathtaking sea views 1 twin and 1 small single bedroom.
