Adjoining the owners' home and enjoying its own fully enclosed garden it is ideally situated for exploring the wealth of activities this lovely area has to offer. There are scenic waymarked footpaths and cycle routes to follow Porthmadog – home of the famous Ffestiniog railway – is just 7 miles away and the Snowdon Mountain Railway makes dramatic journeys to the summit. Criccieth's sandy beaches and ancient castle are 6 miles. Pub serving food 100 yards shop 2 miles.
